The property is spread over a single floor of 260 sqm and has a large living room of 40 sqm with kitchen, sofa and dining table, a small 'Fitness' room, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of which have a shower and one with a masonry tub.
The bedrooms can accommodate up to 9 people. Upon request it is possible to add a cot.

The main entrance of the house leads to the living room, which is enhanced  by large windows overlooking the pool and garden. Here there is a brand new modern fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a large sofa with lateral peninsulas, which can be transformed into an additional bed.
