Villa Nunzia is a prestigious villa with swimming pool located in Ruffano, in the heart of Salento in Puglia, a few kilometers from the Ionian beaches and the Adriatic cliffs.

The aim of the recent renovation of the family villa was to create a charming home, a unique and welcoming place, where tradition, minimalist design and innovation could merge to implement the idea of a contemporary luxury, aimed at well-being and relax.

The property is completely surrounded by greenery. The pre-existing garden, characterized by a wide variety of tree species, fruit trees and flowering bushes, has been expanded to surround the Villa, the swimming pool and solarium, thus ensuring maximum privacy.
Despite being located in the center of the town, and therefore close to all the main services, Villa Nunzia is a private oasis where you can regenerate between one excursion and another in our splendid Salento.

To complete the concept of well-being, the Villa has been equipped with a fitness room with exercise bike, multifunction station and small equipment for aerobic exercises.
